Getting Started
It only takes a few minutes to create an account and start controlling our robots.
Create Account
Creating an account on the Teleportal website is very simple.
You can create an account in seconds using your google account, or simply enter your email address and verify it.
Purchase Credits
We have a wide range of credit packages to suit all budgets.
Our robots cost between AUD $30-50 per hour to control.
Livestreams are always free to access.

Supported Web Browsers
For the best experience we recommend using a PC or Tablet with a stable internet connection. We support most mobile devices.
Tips & Tricks
Training Simulation
We highly recommend new users control a Simulation Robot before controlling a Real Robot.
Obstacle Avoidance
Our robots are equipped with obstacle avoidance, if they get too close to an object they will stop and slowly float upwards.
Once the Robot is clear of the object press any key to regain control of the Robot and continue your session.
Ending Session
When controlling one of our robot, please do not refresh or close the webpage window.
Always use the End Session button to terminate your connection to the robot before closing your web browser.
Night Dive
When controlling our robots at night you will begin with a black screen. You must turn on the robots lights to illuminate the coral reef at the start of your robot session.
Press the ‘T’ Key repeatedly to adjust the lights to full brightness before starting your robot night dive.

Our Robots have a maximum connection time of 120 minutes.
You can control one of our robots for as little as 1 minute.
Please Note: You will be disconnected if no input is received for more than 5 minutes.
Sometimes all of our Robots may be in use by other users.
Enjoy watching other users control the Robots by clicking the LiveStream button on any of our Robots.
